In 1992, Angel Stoilov started his activities in the field of metal trade as a sole trader. In 1996, he created a join-stock company named “Angel Stoilov – 96”, headquartered in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

Over the years, Angel Stoilov established himself as the sole leader of the market for ferrous and non-ferrous metals in Bulgaria and the region with impressive over 40,000 tons and 10,000 items in stock. To meet the customer’s ever-growing demands, the company made a leap in technological equipment and became a modern European trading company. Considerable investments in automated warehouses have been made, which allows increasing the speed of customer service, reduce errors to a minimum during storage and, last but not least, optimize storage areas. Along with the automatic warehouses, the management of the company adopted a policy of total renewal of the cutting machine park. Digitally programmable laser, plasma and gas flame machines were implemented, some of which are capable of processing impressive sheet parts with dimensions up to 3000×17000 mm.
